CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist, you will be tasked with the set-up and operation of CNC lathe or milling machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce adequate quantities of high-quality products while adhering to budgeted production costs to satisfy market demand.
• Configure machine operations including feed rates, speeds, and temperatures in accordance with established protocols for various conventional and CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment. This includes tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to shape manufactured components, tools, or assemblies from raw materials.
• Select and measure raw materials and components to meet specifications in preparation for production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations.
• Perform responsibilities within the Manufacturing/Operations Function, either as a generalist or across multiple disciplines.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in machine operation.

Employment Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire role.
