Job Summary

This position is responsible for the administration of Camden County's information technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, network management, and server maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the reliability and security of the county's IT systems
* Install, maintain, and upgrade server hardware and software
* Provide technical support to the Chief Information Officer and other IT staff
* Participate in the development of IT infrastructure to meet the needs of the county government
* Perform hyper-converged system administration and Windows updates

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in systems administration and network management
* Knowledge of SQL server maintenance and cloud computing
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Working Conditions

The work is typically performed in an office setting, with occasional travel to other county facilities. The employee may be required to lift light and heavy objects and distinguish between shades of color.

Supervisory and Management Responsibility

This position has functional supervision over assigned personnel.
