Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including routine, emergent, biopsy, and special procedure examinations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Administer contrast media and follow established departmental directives.
  • Participate in quality assurance functions and troubleshoot equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as a CT technologist within the past two years or six months of experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Diploma or GED required; Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License (Oregon) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate - Computed Tomography required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification within one month of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior CT work experience using helical and/or multi-detector technology.
  • Attendance at CT and cross-sectional anatomy courses.
  • Organizational skills, time management, prioritization, planning, and technical skills.
