Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CPIhealth physicians to assess symptoms and develop treatment strategies aimed at alleviating pain and restoring functionality.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, examinations, and treatments as part of a cohesive healthcare team.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe and compliant clinical and surgical procedures, including:
    • Assessment – gather detailed and accurate histories; perform relevant physical examinations; order, conduct, and interpret necessary diagnostic tests; identify issues; formulate management plans; and document and present findings.
    • Monitoring – execute patient management plans, maintain progress notes, and engage in the continuity of care.
    • Patient Education – provide guidance and information to patients regarding healthcare management, including adherence to prescribed treatments, interventional procedures, and ancillary services (e.g., physical therapy, bracing, TENS).
  • Evaluate new patients as required, ensuring accurate completion of histories, physical examinations, vital signs, preliminary diagnoses, and plans of care.
  • Timely follow-up with existing patients to discuss improvements from psychological, social, interventional, and opioid perspectives.
  • Conduct hospital consultations for CPIhealth patients as requested by physicians and according to the call schedule.
  • Refer patients appropriately to physicians, therapists, and imaging services.
  • Adhere to safe clinical practices and address non-compliance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with physicians on assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on patient care by keeping support staff informed of treatment plans.
  • Maintain communication with referring and primary physicians and participate in marketing initiatives.
  • Attend regular company and peer meetings.
  • Provide coverage and support to facilities as needed.
  • Maintain professional credentials and take an active role in peer education.
  • Engage in staff and peer training and motivation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the mission, values, and strategies of CPIhealth.
Qualifications
  • Proven commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with patients and their families.
  • Strong bedside manner, emotional resilience, and the capacity to make decisions in emergency situations.

  • Proficient in computer applications – knowledge of MS Office and Practice Management Software is preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing knowledge and clinical experience.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse Licensure/Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination.
  • Valid ARNP Licensure/PA License.
  • Valid and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • BLS certified or able to obtain certification within three months of hire.
  • ACLS certified or able to obtain certification within the first year of hire.
Compensation

Starting salary at $105K, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm; Friday from 8 am to 12 pm.
