We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to young children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention programs, and promoting positive, lasting changes in their lives.

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral, daily living, social, and community skills.
• Provide support and guidance to children, promoting their independence and self-confidence.
• Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Document treatment notes and progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA techniques.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or behavioral therapy setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and implement ABA techniques with training.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, sitting, and lifting children (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
