As a member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions that address each student's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and implement student-specific IEPs.
- Administer therapy, monitor progress, and refine treatment approaches as necessary.
- Work alongside teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance communication support for students.
- Conduct screenings, keep precise records, and engage in team planning meetings.
- Champion student needs, stay current with the latest research, and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Oregon Teaching Certification optional
- Oregon SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
