Counseling Expert

The successful candidate will possess clinical expertise and a passion for promoting mental health. As a Clinical Team Member, you will ensure the delivery of excellent care to our clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions for various mental health conditions. You will also have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and team members.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. This includes tasks such as billing, client screening, insurance verification, and answering the phone.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $70,000 per year, based on the location in Billerica, MA 01821. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and life insurance.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field and licensure as an independent clinician in Massachusetts. You should also have knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
