About the Role:

The Salon Manager is a key leadership position at Great Clips, responsible for driving business growth and success in a salon environment. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists, managing salon operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve technical skills and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
