About the Role:

This position involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care to patients across various clinical settings. As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct thorough evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall functional abilities. This includes providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as part of treatment plans.

A key aspect of this role is educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, safety practices, and home exercise programs to support continuity of care and promote long-term wellness.

Additionally, you will monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and responses to treatment interventions. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members is essential to ensure coordinated patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Alabama is also required, along with CPR certification (BLS).
