Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify the physical, social, and emotional health needs of individuals and families through systematic evaluation and professional skills.

Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
  • Licensed to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Two (2) years full-time, paid employment as a Licensed Vocational Nurse is preferred.
