Job Title: Senior .NET Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using .NET programming languages (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
  • Lead the team through complex programming tasks and provide technical mentorship
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Implement performance and quality modules to ensure software performance and scalability
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, providing production support when necessary
  • Integrate data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design
  • Provide on-call support for production systems on a rotational basis

Requirements:

You should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development
  • Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
