Job Title: Line Operator

Mission Pharmacal is seeking a skilled Line Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Boerne, TX.

Job Summary:

The Line Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machines, ensuring the quality of packaged products, and performing various tasks to support the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain packaging machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  • Monitor and control the quality of packaged products to meet company standards.
  • Verify supplies and components before running a lot, and report any malfunctions to the Line Lead.
  • Assist in repairs and maintenance of equipment as needed.
  • Perform set-ups, reassembling, and cleaning of hardware according to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure products are packaged according to specifications and standard operating procedures.
  • Feed product and packaging components to conveyors or other feeding devices, and palletize finished product.
  • Secure finished product for transportation to the distribution center.
  • Replenish packaging supplies as required.
  • Clean equipment after each lot of product, and perform hand packaging and sorting as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Schedule:

Monday - Wednesday: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm; Thursday: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm.
