Key Responsibilities- Assist experienced builders in completing construction projects
- Learn and apply safety protocols and procedures
- Develop skills in construction techniques and materials
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
- High school graduate or equivalent
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Physical ability to perform construction tasks
