We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our quality assurance initiatives in the R&D department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, quality management, and product validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance quality and reliability systems to support R&D objectives
  • Review and critique product designs, processes, and testing regimens to ensure robustness and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute key pre-verification characterization testing and other activities
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts, Labview programs, and other testing methods to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

  • BS Degree or MS Degree with 4+ years of experience in R&D quality and reliability engineering
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering, including statistical methods, GMP/QSR regulations, and embedded systems
  • Strong learning agility and ability to work on multidisciplinary teams
