- Supervise and coordinate the work of licensed practical nurses and nursing aides, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas.
- Minimum one year of experience in public health nursing, preferably in a Local Public Health Unit setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
This position requires frequent in-state and occasional out-of-state travel, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. A current driver's license is required, and CPR certification is preferred.
