Job Summary

Trove Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide support with daily routines for clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will travel to clients' homes and assist with activities such as cooking, light cleaning, medication reminders, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support with daily activities, including cooking, cleaning, and medication reminders.
  • Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, for clients who require hands-on care.
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands, and provide companionship during these activities.
  • Collaborate with Trove Home Care's scheduling team to update your availability and ensure the best interests of the client are met.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's plan of care prior to each shift and update care notes via your phone or mobile device after each shift.
Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance to drive to and from clients' homes.
  • Must be kind, compassionate, empathetic, flexible, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Active caregivers must complete a minimum of 12 hours of annual in-service training.
  • Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
