Software Engineer III, Full Stack

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III, Full Stack to join our team at Google. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Responsibilities- Write high-quality product or system development code.
- Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on the best technologies for our projects.
- Review and provide feedback on code developed by other developers to ensure best practices.
- Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve problems by analyzing sources and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
As a Software Engineer III, Full Stack, you will work on a specific project critical to Google's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as our business grows and evolves.
We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
