Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Hard Rock. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails to specification, using fresh ingredients and premium spirits.
  • Demonstrate responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Verify the age of guests who appear to be under 30 years old, in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar area, including liquor, beer, wine, and glassware, throughout each shift.
  • Conduct regular bar pulls and inventories to ensure accurate product levels and minimize waste.
  • Properly label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items for the bar, adhering to company standards for food safety and quality.

Requirements:
