Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiothoracic ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with patient management and assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care needs.
- Provide patient care to critically ill patients, including administering prescribed medications and providing respiratory and ventilator management.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Orient and mentor new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into the Cardiothoracic ICU team.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recent experience in a Cardiothoracic ICU required.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Active State Nursing License required.
