Responsibilities
  • Perform visits and coordinate client care
  • Oversee the frequency of visits for the episode
  • Consult with physicians and office staff as needed
  • Collect accurate OASIS data
  • Ensure medication profiles remain current and lab values are reported timely
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
  • Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
