Responsibilities

The PepsiCo Global Foodservice organization brings our entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on-the-go. As a Food Service Sales Professional, you will work with the Foodservice Distributor Sales team to drive business results and develop a customer-first mentality.

  • Use fact-based selling skills and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence various stakeholders
  • Use your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to grow volume & revenue to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the assigned area
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this role based on a full-time schedule is $64,600 - $87,000. In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Professional Selling, Sales Management/Leadership, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Entrepreneurship, or other related majors. Previous selling or customer service experience is also required.
