Marine Technician

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various watercraft. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently and independently will be essential in this role.

• Inspect boats upon arrival
• Troubleshoot and repair boats for customers, dealers, and warranty
• Perform electrical and motor work for pre-delivery inspections
• Winterize boats
• Work Saturdays as needed
• Utilize our computer system to clock in/out and record repair notes
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Follow procedures with attention to detail
• Prioritize and meet deadlines
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player

• Knowledge of safety procedures

• Electrical knowledge
• Suzuki Certified preferred but not required
