Position Overview:
The Lead Mortgage Loan Processor plays a crucial role in preparing compliant and secure mortgage loans that align with the bank's underwriting criteria and regulatory standards. - Coordinate the processing of approved loans, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and bank policies.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Support special projects and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Adhere to all bank policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring a commitment to ethical practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience in mortgage lending and financial analysis.
- Registered as a mortgage loan originator in accordance with the SAFE Act.
- Proficient understanding of mortgage loan processes, underwriting, and compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.
