We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Developer to join our team at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. As an Atlassian Developer, you will be responsible for managing user permissions, testing new versions of tools, and maintaining Jira projects and workflows.

• Manage user permissions for tools according to project and team needs
• Test new versions of tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility
• Maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and users
• Configure and maintain multiple Jira projects, workflows, schemes, settings, users, and reports
• Document standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for admins and users
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to define requirements, design solutions, and test implementations
• Work with Jira filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and Jira administration
• Improve Jira security and set access permissions for Jira projects and Confluence spaces
• Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools

• High School Diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience, or BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or MS/MA Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting and customizing Jira to meet the needs of diverse groups of users
• Experience with administering and developing software team solutions on Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence
• Advanced understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
• Experience designing content management and data taxonomies
• Experience setting and managing user permissions
• Experience with troubleshooting, proactively identifying issues, and driving them to resolution

• DoD IAT Level II certification on hire date
• 5+ years of experience supporting and customizing Jira to meet the needs of diverse groups of users
• Quality Assurance
• Prior experience training, coaching, and working directly with end users
