Manpower Engineering seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to support daily production operations. The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated transfer lines, CNC, or Assembly equipment ensuring 95% machine availability.
About the Role:
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions on automated equipment
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in electrical maintenance with a focus on automated systems
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of machine availability (95%)
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment, ladder diagrams, and programmable controllers
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
