Job Title: Shift Leader

At Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, we're looking for a skilled Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local health department regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in the food service industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
