Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve high-volume food production and presentation standards.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute menu changes, specials, and promotions.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of high-volume culinary management experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong cooking from scratch ability and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Ability to train, develop, and coach a team of talented cooks and kitchen staff.
- Basic English/Spanish communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- ServSafe certification.
