Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and apply knowledge to improve patient care and services
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital in a manager, director, or equivalent role
  • Or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) with 3 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
  • Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with 4 years' experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
  • Board Certification (BPS) in a clinically relevant area of specialty preferred
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to various locations for meetings and work unusual hours, days, and shifts to accommodate the needs of the pharmacy department.
