Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Optimal Wireless. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales quotas in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strive to retain and gain customers through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Participate in outside sales events and promotions
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements
  • Minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service
  • Minimum one year experience handling cash transactions
  • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred)
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
  • Bilingual (Spanish required)
Work Environment

Standard 20/40-hour work week applies. Shifts vary from day to evening. Physical labor such as lifting and moving heavy boxes may be required. Working hours will be spent in the sales floor. Must be positive and energetic.
