As a Registered Nurse - Night Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care during the night shift. We pride ourselves on being a supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the nursing team during the night shift, ensuring effective medication administration and patient care.
  2. Conduct regular nursing rounds to monitor patient well-being and address any concerns.
  3. Provide guidance and education to nursing staff, residents, and their families as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in nursing practices.
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned by the nursing leadership team.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current, valid Registered Nurse License in New Jersey.
  • Experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
