Compensation: $21 + 10% shift differential

Key Responsibilities:How You Will Contribute:
- Be part of a pioneering team at the forefront of global technology, dedicated to enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Execute assembly tasks, ensuring precise alignment and configuration of components.
- Utilize various hand tools, fixtures, and testing equipment to perform assembly work according to established methods.
- Gather and document test data, leveraging databases and office software to track the manufacturing process.
- Engage in problem-solving for production challenges and contribute to process improvement decisions.
- Assist in the selection and setup of specialized equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and audit guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing process enhancement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year in manufacturing or mechanical assembly is required.
- Experience in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, complex manufacturing processes is essential.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Prior assembly experience in a controlled environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) is necessary.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team of 8-10 members.
- Strong analytical skills to independently and collaboratively address challenges.
- Capability to support projects, provide training, and function efficiently within cohesive teams.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective in collaborating with diverse colleagues.
- Willingness to work while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
