Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse 1 to join our team. As a member of our Clinical Advancement Program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for an assigned group of patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Direct and supervise patient care staff, including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
