VIP Host

Live Nation Entertainment is a global leader in live entertainment, and we're seeking a skilled VIP Host to deliver exceptional experiences for our esteemed guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring seamless interactions, and creating unforgettable memories for our VIPs.

• Provide personalized attention and recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs, fostering a sense of appreciation and loyalty.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering expert guidance on lounge and music area experiences.
• Assist guests with timing information for supporting acts and headlining performances.
• Collaborate with various teams, including management, bar staff, and servers, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a keen eye on lounge areas, upholding the ambiance and aesthetic of our premium spaces.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal skills, adapting to diverse audiences and social situations.
• Present a professional appearance, embodying the Live Nation Entertainment brand.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, delivering superior service and exceeding expectations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem-solving.
• Excellent diplomacy, multitasking, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying event needs.

The expected compensation for this position is $16.00 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly, based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
