Echocardiographer PRN

We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiographer PRN to join our team at HCA HealthONE Rose. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms to assist in the diagnostic evaluation of the heart. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

• Perform echocardiograms to record and assess wall motion, valvular function, and kinesis of the heart
• Assist with stress echocardiograms, contrast echocardiograms, and esophageal (TEE) echocardiograms as needed
• Calculate test data for physician interpretation and processing
• Participate in quality assurance projects and maintain accurate records
• Take call to cover times not regularly staffed by the department, ensuring 24-hour, 7-day echo coverage

• Certified and/or registered cardiac diagnostic sonographer (or eligible to be obtained in 1 year)
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Two years (Associate degree) of college or equivalent, with technical training in an accredited program
• Minimum of one year of recent hospital or clinical experience preferred
