We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist II to join our team at Wanzek Construction. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for implementing, training, and overseeing project controls practices for multiple projects across our operational groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile job cost and planning reports for multiple projects
  • Prepare project progress billings and client updates
  • Perform performance analysis and forecasting
  • Update and review change management, forecast, and progress updates in Viewpoint
  • Support project management with project reporting requirements
  • Assist and train project management in the use of PM/controls tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
