Lead the Way at Caribou Coffee

We're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team and help drive success in our stores. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts and ensure that the team is executing SOPs and quality standards correctly
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize product sales and waste management
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they're bringing their best to their role
  • Perform administrative tasks with integrity and to completion, including bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders
  • Actively develop team members and engage in conversations about career and professional growth
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
