Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to drive sales and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve talent acquisition goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • 2+ years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years of supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
