Job Title: RN - Mother Baby

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN to join our Mother Baby team. As a RN on our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a .9 FTE, night shift position (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns in a safe and compassionate manner.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
