POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves performing and coordinating the repair and installation of electrical systems and equipment in residential and light commercial environments. You will be responsible for executing electrical tasks with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance customer safety by addressing electrical issues in their homes.
- Deliver exceptional and memorable service experiences.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems to resolve client concerns.
- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify potential hazards and necessary repairs.
- Provide clients with comprehensive estimates for electrical services.
- Install and connect circuit breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, appliances, and security systems.
- Ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and dispatch teams.
- Uphold ethical standards in all professional interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Michigan.
- 2-3 years of experience in residential electrical work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background check and drug screening are mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Local and state licenses must be maintained as required.
