Source One Technical Solutions is a leading consulting services company seeking an experienced Investigations and Auditing Expert to work as a consultant for one of our major clients, a utilities company in Long Island. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days remote.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and standard business hours from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in conducting internal corporate investigations and audits. The ideal candidate will have experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external parties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting time-sensitive, complex investigations of irregularities, fraud, and/or other violations of company policies or the law. This will involve formulating investigation plans, conducting witness interviews, gathering evidence, and drafting timely and concise investigation reports for distribution to senior management and human resources.

The position also requires interaction with union members and business leaders, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships to facilitate interactions and cooperation. A strong understanding of company policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and the ability to evaluate information to determine compliance is essential.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of experience conducting internal corporate investigations, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in maintaining highly-confidential and sensitive information, and the ability to work independently are also required.
