Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate District Social Worker/Clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide mental health services to students, families, and staff, while also contributing to the development of school-based programs and services.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling services to students, families, and staff
- Develop and implement school-based programs and services to promote mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to support student success
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address student needs
- Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- LCSW and PPS in School Social Work, Psychology, or other related fields
- Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
- CBEST (or other qualifying basic skills requirement as outlined by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing)
