We are looking for a Digital Solutions Leader to join the Go-to-Market team and lead the Manufacturing presales solutions function. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
  • Application Services (Cloud Native Application Development, Sustenance and Modernization)
  • Core manufacturing processes and systems in PLM, MES etc.
  • IoT in Manufacturing and Industry 4.0
  • Supply Chain, CRM, Ecommerce solutions – Salesforce, BlueYonder, Manhattan etc
  • Data Platform Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms and Data Engineering
  • Insights and Analytics, including impact of AI on Manufacturing

The candidate should possess a demonstrated breadth of knowledge across various Digital solutions/ technology stacks and ability to provide guidance to diverse stakeholders and teams.

The role will involve:

  • Support and drive growth for the unit; support New and Existing customer across opportunities (RFP's, Proactive bids, transformation initiatives)
  • Work with subject matter experts, partners and clients to conceptualize, create and communicate Digital Solutions under very tight deadlines.
  • Propose the right engagement model, commercial model for opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers
  • 15 years of relevant IT/ Professional Services Industry experience
  • Comfort in operating independently in unstructured environment and in grey zones across teams
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skill
