Lourdes University seeks an entrepreneurial and experienced finance leader to partner with the senior leadership team in developing financial plans, processes, and procedures. The Chief Financial Officer will join a highly engaged leadership team committed to the university's mission and working together to ensure its financial sustainability.

The CFO will oversee business operations, including Finance & Treasury, Debt Financing, General Accounting, Capital Projects, and Human Resources. This role reports directly to the President and is a member of the President's Cabinet.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10 years of finance/accounting experience required.
  • Significant experience in higher education finance is required.
  • Considerable experience in fiscal management of a large organization; at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
