Harvesting Associate Job Overview

The Harvesting Associate plays a vital role in the collection of crops from greenhouse environments, ensuring adherence to eco-friendly practices. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Harvesting Associate is integral to the harvesting workflow.

Primary Duties:
  • Master innovative harvesting techniques
  • Contribute to various projects and support tasks
  • Gather and package Living Organic Herbs (LOH)
  • Promote environmentally responsible harvesting methods
  • Evaluate LOH cultivation conditions with precision
  • Uphold health and safety quality standards
  • Maintain thorough product documentation
  • Assist in training and organizing new team members
  • Ensure a tidy workspace and orderly tools
  • Communicate plant concerns to the Supervisor
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a greenhouse setting or with organic herb production
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
