Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide in-home nursing care to our clients, working independently and as part of a larger team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home nursing care to clients, including wound care, medication administration, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or LPN licensure.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PC literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience in nursing.
  • Experience working in home health care or a similar setting.
