We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our dynamic team at UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional care in the Emergency Room setting.
Certification Requirements- Mandatory Certifications: NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
- Specialized Certifications: Additional certifications may be required based on specific units and procedures.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room environment.
- Prior travel experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- First-time travelers with level 1 ER experience will be considered.
- Requests for time off exceeding one week will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Licensure: A valid KY or compact nursing license is required.
- Experience: No prior trauma level one experience is necessary.
- Certifications must be obtained through AHA.
- All required certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Certification, and any other certifications pertinent to the University of Kentucky Healthcare.
