Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Advisor to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Fitness Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our health and wellness services to prospective and existing members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Retention: Assist in maintaining the profitability of the company through new member sales and retention efforts.
  • Meet Sales Quotas: Meet daily and weekly minimum requirements on sales quotas and prospecting goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all members receive exceptional customer service and support.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and participate in scheduled sales meetings, staff meetings, and club events.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Certifications: Must hold current CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other associates.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
