About the Position:
Each day, the donors you engage with will inspire you. The high-quality plasma you gather will be transformed into life-saving therapies. You will report directly to the Center Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of staff assigned to production areas.
BioLife Plasma Services operates as a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
Your Contributions:
- Supervise employee performance and manage scheduling.
- Lead inventory management initiatives and operational tasks.
- Assist donors in addressing any concerns.
- Evaluate opportunities related to non-conforming events.
- Conduct all responsibilities in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
- Encourage teamwork, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED.
- Frequent bending and reaching required.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, with frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Fine motor skills, depth perception, and the ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove use is necessary.
