About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Brownwood, TX. This is a full-time permanent position with various shifts available.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Chief Tech, Imaging Manager, Director, and Medical Staff to improve patient and workflow via providing support, education, and leadership to technical staff.

Key responsibilities include performing CT procedures as outlined by state and departmental protocols, which include but are not limited to neurological disorders and stroke, oncologic and cardiac services.

Additional duties involve providing quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department, performing high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs, following standards of safe radiation practice, and demonstrating leadership abilities as a role model for other associate technologists.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED required
  • An Associate Degree strongly preferred
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ARRT(CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or State CT registry ARRT(R) with CT training required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
