KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate within a call center environment alongside fellow team members to schedule virtual appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to connect with clients and arrange meetings with our licensed agents.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with leads provided by the company, ensuring professional and courteous responses to client inquiries.
- Organize and oversee life insurance and annuity appointments for clients using the company's scheduling tools.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders through email and SMS to clients.
- Maintain accurate and current client records in our database and on agents' calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in telesales, business-to-business sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong active listening capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
